The German Football Association (DFB) Sports Court has suspended Ramy Bensebaini for two games due to rough play against an opponent. As a result, the defender will miss BVB’s next two DFB Pokal matches.
Bensebaini was sent off with a red card in the 90th minute of last Saturday’s Franz Beckenbauer Super Cup match against FC Bayern Munich. He will not be available for the away game in the first round of the DFB Cup against HEBC this coming Tuesday (1 September).
