Liverpool defender Conor Bradley was simply outstanding against Real Madrid on Wednesday night.

The Reds won 2-0 against Los Blancos at Anfield and have now won all their matches so far in the Champions League.

Alexis MacAllister and Cody Gakpo scored for Liverpool in the second half, but there were some strong performances from elsewhere.

Caoimhin Kelleher saved a penalty from Kylian Mbappe, while Curtis Jones, Ryan Gravenberch, and Mohamed Salah were brilliant.

Bradley, who made his first start in the Champions League, was superb on the night, and the UK press gave him a 9/10 rating for his outstanding performance.

The 21-year-old right-back took to Instagram to share his reaction after the game.

He wrote: “Enjoyed that one ! Big performance from the team. First start and assist in the UCL.”

He received some fantastic comments from players and the fans.

Rangers forward Ross McCausland hailed him as “unbelievable” in the reply comment section. They both play for the Northern Ireland senior team, and Bradley is being admired by his national teammates.

Bradley to miss game against Manchester City?

Liverpool will face Premier League champions Manchester City on Sunday at Anfield.

It is a massive game for both clubs. City are struggling badly at the moment, and they need to stop the rot.

Pep Guardiola’s side have never faced this crisis at City, as they have been winless in their last six games in all competitions.

Liverpool can take a massive 11-point gap over their rivals if they secure a win at Anfield.

Bradley appeared to have picked up a hamstring injury against Madrid, and he is likely to miss out against City this weekend.

Trent Alexander-Arnold is fully fit and ready to start. Joe Gomez remains another option for Arne Slot in the right-back role.

Ibrahima Konate is also doubtful for this massive game.
