Rangers face Motherwell at Ibrox this Saturday, as the away side aims to maintain their strong momentum.
The teams sit just one point apart in the Scottish Premiership standings, as Rangers sit fourth in the table with 29 points and Motherwell is sitting third in the table with 30 points but Rangers played one match less.
Th visitors will look to keep their eight matches unbeaten run with another strong performance and keep their seventh clean sheet in the trot.
Rangers manager Danny Rohl continues to deal with multiple injury issues ahead of the fixture. Striker Oliver Antman has missed the previous five matches due to a muscle problem but shows promising recovery and might return soon. Winger Nedim Bajrami remains sidelined from a recent muscle injury, yet Rohl remains hopeful the Albanian could be back in action shortly.
Derek Cornelius faces an extended absence, potentially out until February 2026 according to the boss. Positive update on John Souttar, though, who’s resumed partial training after a time out, although starting him right away looks doubtful.
Midfielder Nasser Djiga is away in Morocco with Burkina Faso for the Africa Cup of Nations and won’t be available. Bailey Rice and Rabbi Matondo are also set to miss out, with neither expected back before early January at the earliest.
Possible Rangers starting XI: Butland; Sterling, Fernandez, Tavernier; Barron, Aarons, Raskin, Diomande, Meghoma, Miovski; Moore.
The match will kick off at 3pm BST on Saturday, 27th December.
UK viewers won’t find the Rangers vs Motherwell game from December 27, 2025, airing live on television or major streaming services.
