Raphinha shines as Barcelona sweep Feyenoord aside | OneFootball

Barcelona maintained their perfect start to the season with a commanding 5-1 Champions League victory over Feyenoord.

The Brazilian needed just three minutes to break the deadlock, brilliantly weaving past two defenders before firing into the net for his seventh goal of the campaign.

Karim Adeyemi then doubled the advantage with a superb 20-yard curling strike, leaving the visiting defence with little chance.

Raphinha struck again in the 57th minute, racing onto Pedri’s incisive pass before calmly finishing across the goalkeeper to claim his eighth goal of the season.

Barcelona continued to press and added a fourth when Lamine Yamal’s 77th-minute free-kick found its way through the wall and into the net.

Feyenoord eventually found a consolation through Sem Steijn, but there was still time for Gabriel Jesus to make his mark. The former Arsenal forward headed home just two minutes after coming off the bench to complete the rout.
