Sunderland’s first season back in the Premier League has been a success, and Kristjaan Speakman’s exit has underlined Florent Ghisolfi’s central role. With safety virtually secured, his last two windows are rated here, yielding two 10s and one 3.

According to Sunderland Echo, Granit Xhaka and Robin Roefs both scored 10/10, Xhaka a transformative leader and Roefs a revelation in goal. Nordi Mukiele and Noah Sadiki received 9.5, with Omar Alderete and Brian Brobbey at 9.

Reinildo’s 8/10 reflects strong form when available, despite a red card against Aston Villa. Chemsdine Talbi is 7.5, quick and direct but still adding the physical edge to affect games more consistently.

Record signing Habib Diarra is 7, promise checked by a groin injury and AFCON. Lutsharel Geertruida’s 7.5 reflects versatility, with an option-to-buy to assess this summer. Bertrand Traoré’s 7 came from a composed start before absences.

Simon Adingra drew 5 after struggling to fit Le Bris’s demands, though his AS Monaco loan began well. Marc Guiu also received 5 after brief cameos before recall. Arthur Masuaku scored 3, a low-risk free whose summer exit now looks inevitable.
