RB Leipzig have halted a move for Fisnik Asllani, shifting attention back to player sales.

According to Sky Germany, the club considered the Kosovan international a rare market opportunity and were ready to pay €25 million despite an already crowded squad. Medical red flags led them to abandon the move.

The report added that Leipzig have ample options in attacking midfield and at centre forward, which eases the immediate pressure to recruit.
