RBL to face FC Bayern in final pre-season friendly | OneFootball

Before the new campaign gets underway, the Red Bulls have one final major test lined up. As part of preparations for the 2026/27 season, our boys will face FC Bayern in the 2026 Telekom Cup on Saturday, 15th August. Kick-off at the Allianz Arena is at 15:30 CEST.

Ticket details for the game away to the German champions will follow.

RB Leipzig’s summer schedule

RBL will begin the competitive season with their DFB-Pokal first-round tie between 21st and 24th August. The Bundesliga season then gets underway a week later with the opening game on 28th August.

As well as the game away to FC Bayern, friendlies against FC Ingolstadt (25th July, 14:00 CEST) and SC Verl (1st August, 12:00 CEST) have also been confirmed. Straight after the Verl friendly, the Red Bulls will travel to Saalfelden in Austria for their training camp, which runs until 7th August.
