Feyenoord came from behind to beat Fortuna Sittard 2-1, staying second in the Eredivisie as the hosts dropped from 12th to 13th at the Fortuna Sittard Stadion.

In the 51st minute Kaj Sierhuis glanced a header into the bottom left from a Dimitris Limnios cross to put Fortuna ahead.

The hosts then went down to ten when Paul Gladon was sent off after a VAR review (80.). Tsuyoshi Watanabe levelled with a close range header (84.). Substitute Givairo Read completed the turnaround with a right footed strike from outside the box after Oussama Targhalline's pass (90.).
