Real Madrid and Bayern Munich will challenge Arsenal for Serie A star

Arsenal has held a long-standing interest in Kenan Yildiz, but the only reason it did not make a serious attempt to sign him during the last transfer window was Juventus’s insistence that he was not for sale.

Yildiz is one of the first names on the team sheet in Turin and wears the number 10 shirt, which demonstrates his importance to the Italian club. Juventus is delighted to have him in its squad and has no reason to sell him.

However, interest in the Turkish star is growing, and that is making it increasingly difficult for Arsenal to complete a deal for the 100m euro-rated player.

Arsenal faces fresh competition

Fichajes says Real Madrid and Bayern Munich have joined the race for Yildiz’s signature. Both clubs believe he has the quality to become an important player in their squads.

Arsenal has been interested in Yildiz for a long time and continues to view him as a player who could make the team considerably stronger. However, the arrival of Real Madrid and Bayern Munich has created serious competition for the Gunners.

Their interest could make it more difficult for Arsenal to sign Yildiz during the next transfer window. Juventus would also be in a stronger negotiating position if several major clubs compete for the forward.

Arsenal still has an advantage

Yildiz could have a more important role at Arsenal than he would at Real Madrid. In Madrid, he would have to compete with Vinicius Junior for a place in the team, which could limit his opportunities.

Bayern Munich may also face a disadvantage because the club did not initially believe in Yildiz. Arsenal, by contrast, has maintained its interest and appears ready to make him a central part of its plans.

That could give the Gunners an advantage despite the growing competition. Yildiz must decide whether to join a club where he could receive greater responsibility or move to one of Europe’s biggest teams and fight for his place.
