In a recent report, Fichajes mentioned that Real Madrid are facing stiff competition for Vasco da Gama winger Rayan. It has been revealed that Los Blancos would have to rival Arsenal, Chelsea, Barcelona and Inter Milan in the race to land the Brazilian wide player next year.
Rayan is having an impressive campaign at the Brazilian club as he has produced a series of impressive performances for them in the final third. The 19-year-old has already made 96 appearances for Vasco da Gama so far, scoring 23 goals and earning two assists in all competitions.
The talented teenager has proven himself to be one of the best young wingers in South American football. Therefore, Real Madrid would do well to acquire the services of the Vasco da Gama whizkid next year.
His current contract at the Brazilian club will run out at the end of 2028. Hence, it won’t be easy for Los Blancos to get a deal done for him on the cheap this January or next summer.

Rayan has proven himself to be a decent finisher in the final third and can even create the odd chance for others around him on the offensive end of the field. He is a technically gifted forward who can make some clever runs in and around the opponent’s penalty area.
However, there are some concerns over whether the Brazilian sensation can make a smooth transition to life in Spanish football if Los Blancos manage to acquire his services next year.
We can expect Rayan to enhance the quality of Real Madrid head coach Xabi Alonso’s attack in the long run. He is already good enough to serve as a good rotational piece in the Madrid club’s match-day squad.
At 19, the future looks quite promising for Rayan as long as he continues to improve with each year. He is undoubtedly a prospect to watch out for in the future, so Alonso would be wise to go all out to get a deal done for him this January or at the end of this campaign.
