The coaching staff at La Liga giants Real Madrid are abuzz with the form of one member of the club’s attacking ranks heading into the weekend.

That’s according to Diario AS, who point towards Vinícius Jr. as the player in question.

Wide-man Vinícius was afforded a rare break for the September international break.

This came with the Brazilian having been suspended for the first of his country’s two World Cup qualifying fixtures.

Carlo Ancelotti, in turn, allowed his former winger to stay put in Spain’s capital.

And if the latest word stemming from Valdebebas is anything to go by, then the 25-year-old appears to have benefitted from this time off to no end.

As per a report from AS:

‘The club is incredibly excited about Vinicius. He’s worked tirelessly these past two weeks and looks mentally refreshed. More organized; hungry for redemption”.’

Vini’s first chance to showcase his renewed vigour will come on Saturday, in a La Liga meeting with Real Sociedad at Anoeta.
