In the past couple of years, Real Madrid have consistently started to lose their veteran stars, with the list including the likes of Luka Modric, Lucas Vazquez, Nacho Fernandez and Toni Kroos.
This time around, Real Madrid may face a similar fate, with Dani Carvajal being one of the candidates to leave the club.
The veteran’s contract expires at the end of the season, and talks so far have not advanced at all, with just two months remaining before the season concludes.
This has led to speculation over Carvajal’s future, with many expecting him to leave at the end of the season.
According to Defensa Central, Carvajal has not ruled out a potential exit from Real Madrid in the coming summer.
The club captain has been far from his best this season, with his progress being marred by injuries and fitness woes.

Carvajal already has offers from several clubs outside of Europe and keeping that in mind, the player is now considering a move to Qatar.
A move to Qatar could mean reuniting with his brother-in-law, a close friend and former Real Madrid star, Joselu.
Carvajal has already travelled to Qatar in the past to meet up with Joselu, and this time around, he is considering reuniting with him on the pitch.
Joselu currently plies his trade for Qatari outfit Al Gharafa. One would assume Carvajal, too, could look to move there in the coming summer, though nothing is concrete yet.
The coming months could be important, but the Real Madrid camp does acknowledge that Carvajal is past his prime and it is perhaps better to say goodbye and move on.
