Real Madrid confirm new squad numbers, Cucurella 17, Diomande 25, Pitarch 27 | OneFootball

Real Madrid published their 2026/27 squad numbers on Monday. The club said in a statement that record signing Yan Diomandé, bought for more than €120 million, will wear number 25, while academy product Thiago Pitarch takes 27 with a B-team registration but will be integrated with the first team.

With possible arrivals and departures still to be settled, new recruits Marc Cucurella, Ibrahima Konaté, Denzel Dumfries, Bernardo Silva and Carlos Espí have been assigned 17, 16, 24, 20 and 19 respectively, alongside Diomandé.

Among number changes, Raúl Asencio moves from 17 to two, the shirt left vacant after captain Dani Carvajal’s exit. Dean Huijsen inherits four from Alaba and gives up 24.

Pitarch joins the senior group with 27, a number previously worn by Iker Casillas among others. Endrick regains the number nine, which he left last winter when he departed on loan to Olympique de Lyon.

Goalkeepers Courtois and Lunin retain one and 13. Elsewhere, the list includes E. Militão at three, Trent at 12, Á. Carreras at 18, Rüdiger at 22 and F. Mendy at 23, plus midfielders Bellingham five, Camavinga six, Valverde eight, Tchouameni 14 and Arda Güler 15, with forwards Vini Jr. seven, Mbappé 10, Rodrygo 11 and Brahim 21.
