The season so far has not been a memorable one for Trent Alexander-Arnold, who has faced a constant battle with injuries since his arrival at Real Madrid.
Over the past month, he has finally found some stability in Alvaro Arebloa’s plans, but his participation was not enough to save his place in the English national team.
The Three Lions’ manager, Thomas Tuchel, after all, did not call up the defender for the ongoing international games and even defended his decision as something ‘the player must accept.’
While one would expect the national team fiasco to create friction between Trent and Tuchel, it appears that the reality is far from that. The player, in fact, continues to approach his situation with maturity.
As relayed by Sky Sports, there is no issue in the relationship between Trent and Tuchel, and while the player may feel hard done by the decision, he has not allowed it to strain his relationship with the manager.

Instead, the Real Madrid star is determined to prove to Tuchel that he is worthy of a place in the squad travelling for the FIFA World Cup. He wants to win back his place at any cost.
The means to do the same, needless to say, is to step up and deliver for Real Madrid in the business end of the season and stand out as one of the team’s biggest difference makers.
After all, the light always shines bright on Los Blancos and every minute counts massively.
So far this season, the Englishman has played 14 league games for Real Madrid and has three assists to his name.
He has only started six UCL games for the team and has yet to rack up a goal contribution.
