The spectacular goal though, was ruled out after being flagged for offside.

Despite boasting the likes of Eden Hazard and Eduardo Camavinga on the pitch, Carlo Ancelotti’s side were struggling to show their class against the fourth division side.

And deep into the second half they had, apart from the disallowed goal, failed to really test the home goalkeeper.

With 20 minutes to go however, the capital club finally got their goal.
