According to an update shared by Fichajes, Real Madrid are closely monitoring the situation of Bayern Munich midfielder Aleksandar Pavlovic, with internal discussions already highlighting him as a potential long-term target.

It is known that Real Madrid’s coaching staff have reportedly identified a clear weakness in the current squad, which is the lack of a natural organiser in midfield. 

While the team boasts energy, power, and athleticism, there is a growing feeling that the side needs a calmer presence capable of controlling the rhythm of matches.

This search for a true distributor has led Madrid’s attention to the Bundesliga, where Pavlovic’s profile fits exactly what the club is looking for. 

At just 21, he has already shown maturity well beyond his years, offering positional discipline, sharp decision-making, and the ability to keep possession under pressure.

Internally, the young German is viewed as the missing link between defence and attack. 

Real Madrid believe he could provide structure to a midfield that often relies heavily on physical dominance rather than composure. 

In fact, club president Florentino Perez is said to be particularly attentive to Pavlovic’s development.
