Real Madrid star Vinícius Jr. is of the opinion that he has not been treated fairly by new manager Xabi Alonso across the season to date.
This comes amid growing unrest between the Blancos pair.
Wide-man Vinícius was for his part forced to watch on from the bench from the off once more last night, as Real Madrid made the trip to Elche for a La Liga clash.
This continued what has been something of an underwhelming campaign all told for the under-fire Brazilian.
And Vinícius, for his part, appears to be of the opinion that the change on the bench in Spain’s capital over the summer has played a significant part in as much.
As per a report from The Athletic:
‘Vinicius Jr believes Alonso is not being fair to him’, particularly when it comes to game time.
For this reason, the 25-year-old purposely left the name of his headmaster out of his public apology in the aftermath of last month’s victory over Barcelona.
So serious has the situation become, that Vinícius is unwilling to advance in contract renewal talks with Real Madrid in the case of his relationship with Alonso remaining unchanged.
