Liverpool have Bradley Barcola all but signed. Now a Real Madrid star is in a brilliant position to follow him.

Liverpool have been pushing to sign Bradley Barcola for months. Now they seem to have finally got it over the line as news broke on Thursday that they'd struck a massive deal with Paris Saint-Germain.

The Athletic are among those reporting that a £100m initial deal has been agreed in principle, potentially rising to around £120m with add-ons. Liverpool are going all-in on Barcola to be their star on the left, joining Alexander Isak and Florian Wirtz as a nine-figure signing.

But here's the thing: they won't stop there. Liverpool haven't actually replaced Mohamed Salah, after all, and the Egyptian has left a void on the right flank that must be filled.

The squad actually lacks right-wingers entirely and while the club will hope to have replaced Salah's quality with Barcola, they still need someone to actually play his position. Finding that player has been incredibly difficult, however, as the market on that flank is genuinely awful.

Which is why we've had Endrick down as possibly the best option imaginable. Of course, the Brazilian is typically a centre-forward - another role Liverpool could do with filling while Hugo Ekitiké is out.

As a left-footed point of attack, though? Endrick is about as perfect an option as Liverpool could hope for. He ticks virtually every single box, from creator to goalscorer, and can play on the side they need him, even if that's ultimately just off the flank and through the channel.

We outlined why Endrick is such a talent here, and fully believe he could achieve stardom at Anfield. It's plain as day that he's in position to leave Real Madrid, too.

Endrick wasn't involved for them on Wednesday as they beat Real Sociedad. Carlos Espi has immediately leapfrogged him in the pecking order and we know full well that Liverpool have already tried once to snap him up.

As the clock ticks towards the end of the transfer window, a deal only becomes more likely. We're completely convinced that Endrick can be a superstar if he takes the move to Anfield. Real Madrid don't have a place for him, while Liverpool absolutely do.
