A leading member of the midfield ranks at La Liga giants Real Madrid has been all but ruled out of the club’s next outing.
That’s according to Carlos Rodríguez of Onda Madrid, who points towards Aurélien Tchouaméni as the player in question.
Midfielder Tchouaméni, for his part, recently set alarm bells ringing in Spain’s capital.
As much came upon the former AS Monaco man being forced into a swift departure from the France national team squad, with what was described as a foot injury.
Tchouaméni has spent the time since recovering back at Valdebebas, amid hopes that the 24-year-old would be declared fit to feature against Real Sociedad this weekend.
This, however, now looks increasingly unlikely to be the case.
As per a report from the aforementioned Carlos Rodríguez:
‘Tchouaméni is practically ruled out. Dani Ceballos, David Alaba and Eduardo Camavinga are all out. Jude Bellingham is a doubt.’
