Real Madrid star Éder Militão followed through on a promise to his partner, in finding the net in the club’s most recent outing.

Stopper Militão is for his part of course fresh off an outing to remember on Saturday.

After Real Madrid welcomed Espanyol to Spain’s capital for a La Liga clash, the Brazilian international featured from the off at the heart of the hosts’ defence.

And en route to an eventual 2-0 triumph, Militão opened the evening’s scoring in nothing short of spectacular fashion.

After picking the ball up well outside the Espanyol penalty area, the former Porto man stepped forward, before unleashing an unstoppable drive into the far top corner.

And as alluded to above, in the process, Militão followed through on a promise to his wife.

Taking to social media in the aftermath of Real Madrid’s latest three-point haul, Taina Militão unveiled a text conversation between herself and her husband, during which the latter assured that he was going to find the net for her against Espanyol:
