There are growing concerns within Real Madrid about the lack of playing time for young talents Arda Guler and Endrick under Carlo Ancelotti.

According to recent reports from SPORT, both players might consider a loan move away from the club if Ancelotti remains in charge. They understand the coach’s methods, but they are aware that their development is being hindered by their limited involvement in matches.

Both Guler and Endrick are eager to make an impact and progress in their careers, but without regular playing time, their chances of achieving that are slim.

Ancelotti is firm

Ancelotti is known for his strict approach to team selection, often sticking to a fixed set of players and relying heavily on the senior figures in the squad.

This approach has left little room for young players to break into the starting lineup, with no one truly earning their spot through consistent performances.

The Italian coach’s priority seems to be maintaining discipline and respecting the established hierarchy within the team, which has resulted in a lack of opportunities for promising youngsters like Guler and Endrick.

Management puzzled as interest grows

The situation has caught the attention of the club’s top officials, including president Florentino Perez, who are puzzled by the absence of these players in matchday squads.

Their lack of involvement is particularly noticeable given the struggles of some of the regular starters. Despite several key players not performing to their best, Ancelotti has yet to make a change, leaving fans and the club’s hierarchy frustrated with the situation.

Both Guler and Endrick are attracting attention from other clubs. Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur are among the many clubs keeping an eye on them, while Turkish giants Fenerbahce are reportedly interested in signing Guler.

With both players eager for more game time, a loan move could provide them with the opportunity to showcase their talents and continue their development away from Madrid.
