According to a recent report from AS, Real Madrid have taken a decisive step to protect one of the brightest prospects in La Fabrica.

This time, Bryan Bugarin, widely regarded as the most exciting talent currently coming through the academy, has renewed his contract until 2028, with a release clause set at €75 million.

The outlet mentions that several major European clubs, including Paris Saint-Germain, Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund, have been closely tracking the young attacker’s progress.

Scouts from across Europe reportedly have his name marked in red as a priority talent to monitor.

Despite that attention, though, Bugarin’s focus has always been on succeeding at Real Madrid.

A top talent in the academy

Internally, there is a strong belief in his long-term development, and his renewal is a carefully planned pathway similar to those laid out for other elite prospects.

One such example is Lemaitre, another highly rated academy talent who also recently extended his contract

For now, Bugarin’s development continues with the Juvenil B team, which the club views as the ideal environment for refining his game.

The aim is to allow him to grow step by step, without pressure, while maintaining close oversight of his physical and tactical progression.

Notably, the youngster is approaching five years at Real Madrid, having arrived in 2021 in what was considered a major academy signing at the time.

Interest in Bugarin extends beyond club football. This is because his mother, Gisele, is Brazilian, and since last March, the player has held dual nationality.

This has alerted the Brazilian Football Confederation, who are monitoring his progress closely.

So far, however, Bugarin has only represented Spain national football team, earning a call-up to the U-17 side.

For now, both the player and Real Madrid are aligned, committed to a shared vision built around patience, development, and long-term success at the Bernabeu.
