LaLiga has confirmed the matchweek 26 schedule, headlined by Real Madrid hosting Getafe on Monday 2 March at 21:00, the club’s first Monday fixture of the season.

As reported by as.com, Arbeloa’s team have no midweek commitments after their Copa del Rey exit, so they will close the round.

The action begins on Friday 27 February with Levante v Alavés at 21:00. Saturday opens with Rayo v Athletic at 14:00 and Barcelona v Villarreal at 16:15.

Also on Saturday, Mallorca face Real Sociedad at 18:30 and Oviedo host Atlético de Madrid at 21:00.

Sunday’s centrepiece is the Seville derby, Betis v Sevilla, at 18:30. Earlier, Elche meet Espanyol at 14:00 and Valencia play Osasuna at 16:15.
