Real Madrid decides Erling Haaland's future... without a word

Real Madrid turns away from Erling Haaland
Erling Haaland is still dreaming of Real Madrid. At 25, the Norwegian striker's name resurfaces like a Madrid refrain every transfer window, but this time the tune abruptly stops: according to El Chiringuito, the club is "not working on the Haaland option." His contract with Manchester City runs until 2034, and Los Blancos already believe they have the ultimate weapon in Kylian Mbappé.
An eventual departure of Pep Guardiola, who is being courted elsewhere, could have tipped the scales; but that's no longer enough. The Cyborg, a relentless goal machine, no longer excites the recruitment team that once drooled at the mere mention of his name. The landscape has changed: Mbappé now basks in the spotlight, while Haaland remains in the shadows, no matter how prolific he is.
At the Bernabéu, the door isn't closed—it is left slightly ajar out of courtesy. But the message is crystal clear: as long as the Frenchman is writing history, the Norwegian will have to wait. And perhaps he'll watch the galactic train speed away once again.
