Real Madrid starlet Arda Güler’s stellar showing in the club’s latest outing has on Sunday been aptly summed up by the statistics.

This comes after the young Turk played a starring role en route to Los Blancos booking their spot in the competition’s semi-finals.

Xabi Alonso’s troops were of course back in action late on Saturday, locking horns with German heavyweights Borussia Dortmund in New Jersey.

When all was said and done in a pulsating affair, Real emerged on the right side of a 3-2 result.

The aforementioned Güler for his part featured from the off in the cash, from his new berth at the heart of Xabi Alonso’s midfield.
