Jon Mikel Aramburu earned the highest mark as Real Sociedad’s players were rated after their match with Celta at Anoeta.
According to Diario Vasco, the zero-to-five scores from league and Copa del Rey fixtures count towards the DV de Oro, a prize with 41 years of history.
In minute one Sergio Gómez’s elbow on Lago was a penalty, but an offside flag intervened. At 32 Álex Remiro dealt bravely with a long ball. Later he held an Aspas effort, and in minute 95 Igor Zubeldia dispossessed Galán cleanly.
Aramburu was also Real’s sharpest outlet, twice shooting from the edge and crossing for Jon Martín, while winning most duels, including a tight one with Durán. Martín’s looping header was saved by Radu. Sergio Gómez ran tirelessly but delivered fewer crosses.
Beñat Turrientes had mixed influence, adding a left-footed shot and a key block on Jutglá’s cutback. Yangel Herrera was booked after a misjudgement in his own half, then drew a Radu save from range. Take Kubo lacked conviction and blazed a rebound after Mikel Oyarzabal’s effort.
Orri Óskarsson was isolated against Núñez, Lago and Alonso yet fashioned Oyarzabal’s chance by robbing Lago. Gonçalo Guedes might have earned a penalty against Núñez, while Alex Marchal cut back to Aramburu. Many others, including Álex Remiro and Oyarzabal, were marked two, Jon Martín, Sergio Gómez and Turrientes three, Kubo one, Aramburu four, and coach Pellegrino Matarazzo received two, with little verticality and changes. It was a context for Fort, with Carrera in the stands.
