According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, referee Davide Massa is not expected to officiate any Serie A game next weekend after failing to show Romelu Lukaku two yellow cards in Napoli-Roma on Sunday.
Referee chiefs are expected to suspend Massa for one round after an unconvincing performance in Napoli-Roma on Sunday.
Giallorossi coach Claudio Ranieri hinted that Lukaku should have been sent off for two bookable offences in the first half at the Stadio Maradona, but the Belgian didn’t even receive a yellow card.

According to Gazzetta, referee chiefs believe the first foul on Zeki Celik should surely have been punished with a yellow card, while the second on Mile Svilar was debatable but was still worthy of a booking.
Therefore, Massa will face the consequences and not be involved in any of next week’s Serie A fixtures.
Roma will host Atalanta at the Stadio Olimpico in the next round, while Napoli will visit Torino.
