Former Norway midfielder Kjetil Rekdal has questioned the influence of Arsenal midfielder Martin Odegaard on the national team.
Rekdal believes Norway's captain doesn't have the physical stature to boss a game as he should.
He told VG TV: "There is no doubt that Martin is too little on the ball to bring out his strengths. That discussion will live on in the future.
"Do we have room for him?"
But Norway coach Stale Solbakken argued: "Martin is rock solid on this team. He is the one who runs most of all on the pitch.
"Martin will always 'tear' at many because he has the name he has. A bit the same with (Erling) Haaland."
