Relebohile Mofokeng has been voted Orlando Pirates Player of the Month for January/February after scintillating form during that period.

Notably, the 21-year-old was recently named Betway Premiership Player of the Month by the PSL on Wednesday morning.

Mofokeng netted three times and laid as many assists in six matches, while clinching three Man of the Match accolades, enroute to scooping the league's award.

Overall, the Bafana international chipped in with three goals and four assists across all competitions, which saw him standout for the Buccaneers' gong.

Interestingly, Mofokeng is already off the mark in March as he scored the opening goal in Pirates' Betway Premiership win over Polokwane City last night.

‘President yama 2000’, as the player is fondly known, will be looking to maintain momentum when the Soweto giants tackle Richards Bay at the Orlando Amstel Arena on Wednesday, 11 March.
