But few outside of the club's fanbase will remember versatile defender Paulo César despite spending five seasons in the French capital.

The former Brazilian international and now assistant coach for PSG's U19 Women's side, Cesar's high-water mark at the club came on a night 23 years ago when he bagged a stunner against Guingamp.

One of two goals the São Paulo native would score that night at the Parc des Princes from his right-sided birth, César's close control and cheeky flick just before smashing his long-range effort past Ronan Le Crom was one of the goals of the season in Ligue 1.

Viewed fondly to this day as a former player and as a current staff member, you'll struggle to find many individual efforts better than this.
