Arsenal's recent Premier League journey remains one of hope despite finishing second-best in three consecutive seasons under Mikel Arteta.

Havertz rose highest in the box to get on the end of a Ben White cross after the England international was slipped into the box by Martin Ødegaard, with the German cancelling out Yoane Wissa's first-half equaliser after Declan Rice's 19th-minute opener.

Despite the club's pending movement for a new centre forward in the current summer market, Havertz will no doubt remain vital as the club sets out to achieve its goals.
