Stade Rennais’s 2-1 loss last weekend to local rivals Lorient FC ended a run of eight league games without a defeat. Rennes will be without Désiré Doué as they look for an immediate bounceback against fellow European challengers Lille OSC.
The attacking midfielder is serving a suspension and will be replaced by last weekend’s goal scorer Amine Gouri who will start on the left as Arnaud Kalimuendo retains his place at the focal point of the attack
Martin Terrier drops to the bench and January recruit Azor Matusiwa takes his place in the team. Guéla Doué’s return to the team marks the last change from the starting lineup that lost to Lorient as he replaces Alidu Seidu on the right of the back four.
