Rennes without Mahdi Camara and Seko Fofana to host PSG in Ligue one opener

Rennes will be without Mahdi Camara, suspended, and Seko Fofana, who is recovering, when they host PSG on Sunday at 20:45 on matchday one of Ligue one.

According to L'Équipe, both midfielders miss out for the opener.

Franck Haise hopes his side can begin with extra spirit against PSG, recalling the 3-1 on 13 February under interim coach Sébastien Tambouret. He will revert to a 4-3-3 for the game.

Haise should start three new signings from kick-off, Thomasson, Soumaré and Cresswell.

He could also prefer Al-Tamari to Blas on the right.

At left-back, he could opt for Merlin's experience, although Nagida's dynamism stood out in pre-season.
