The Nerazzurri signed Tomas Palacios in the summer of 2024 for a reported fee of €7 million.

However, the 22-year-old has only made three cameo appearances for the club in the past 18 months.

Furthermore, the Serie A giants had tried to engineer his transfer to Santos in the summer but to no avail.

Indeed, he has reportedly informed the club president of his desire to return to his old stomping ground.
