Despite a mass blackout in Spain and neighboring Portugal, tomorrow’s showdown between Barcelona and Inter Milan will proceed as planned.
Per Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, Spain recovered from a power blackout that paralyzed the country yesterday.
One of Europe’s most severe blackouts plunged the Iberian countries into darkness.
However, power is back as Spanish authorities continue to look into the cause of the problem.

Simone Inzaghi will hold a final training session at Appiano Gentile before boarding a flight to Barcelona today at 5.00 pm.
Though Spanish authorities have reassured Inter’s executives about safety, additional checks will be carried out before the team departs.
Meanwhile, Inter fans will remember the incident from 2010 in search of good omens.
Back in the day, the eruption of the Icelandic volcano Eyjafjallajökull disrupted Barcelona’s trip to Milan.
Jose Mourinho’s side won that semi-final tie en route to their first Champions League title in 50 years.
