Cole Palmer was back in fine form for Chelsea and is one of the reasons that they put in such a good performance, with the stats proving this as well.

Palmer was also involved in Chelsea’s first goal of the game in the opening minutes, as well as some good work by Romeo Lavia and Pedro Neto to setup Enzo Fernandez to provide a lovely finish to get things going.

Chelsea busy making transfer plans

The Blues are making their big transfer plans for the coming summer transfer window that opens up next month, and they have a number of different positions they are looking to bring in.

They will also be looking to sell players as well, with more big names set to leave the club this summer as well as fringe players and some on loan currently.

But there is some big news brewing suggesting that Chelsea could be about to make an astonishing move to bring back defender Antonio Rudiger!

Chelsea back for Rudiger?

According to Football Transfers, Chelsea are exploring a shock move to bring Antonio Rudiger back to Stamford Bridge this summer.

The Blues have apparently  reached out to Rudiger’s camp in recent days to be kept informed on his future at Real Madrid, with early groundwork being laid for a potential summer transfer.

Personally, I don’t see this one happening in the slightest.
