Como are not just busy reinforcing the squad with players, but also reportedly swooping for Individual Performance Coach Antonio Rodriguez Saravia, who has left Aston Villa.
The Lariani were in Serie B just over two years ago, yet are now preparing for their first ever Champions League campaign after finishing fourth in Serie A and reaching the Coppa Italia semi-finals.

According to Daily Telegraph football correspondent Matt Law, Como have lined up a deal with Individual Performance Coach Rodri Saravia.
The news comes just hours after Aston Villa announced that he would be leaving the club, having helped Unai Emery to success in the Europa League this season.

Assistant Coach Pako Ayestaran has also left Villa Park, and both had been on Emery’s staff since 2022.
It remains to be seen what role Saravia would have at Como under coach Cesc Fabregas, who is building the club in his own image, all the way from helping to design the training facilities with architects.
Understand Antonio Rodríguez (Rodri) has been lined up Como after Aston Villa announced his departure. Would be a big coup for Como and Cesc Fabregas, as he is very highly rated.
