Serie A giants AC Milan have reportedly been offered a chance to sign Galatasaray center-forward Mauro Icardi.

According to Matteo Moretto via FCInterNews, the Rossoneri must sell Santiago Gimenez before landing a new striker.

Despite his illustrious Inter Milan past, Mauro Icardi could return to Serie A to wear the shirt of their fiercest rivals.

Indeed, the Argentine star has fallen out of favor at Rams Park, slipping behind Victor Osimhen in the pecking order.

Furthermore, his agents have reportedly offered him to Milan amid the Rossoneri’s pursuit of a new goal-getter.

Gimenez has fallen short of expectations in Serie A and could soon be on his way out.

Yet, it’s uncertain whether the Mexican’s departure would be enough to convince the Rossoneri to purchase Icardi.
