Roma has set its sights on several attacking players.

In recent weeks, the most talked-about name has been Alejandro Garnacho, but Chelsea’s demands are holding the Roman club back.

Crysencio Summerville has been re-proposed, but again, the price tag is high.

The latest suggestion—as reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport—is Endrick. The Brazilian Real Madrid player has excelled in Ligue 1 this season with Lyon.

He earned a call-up from Carlo Ancelotti for the World Cup, but his performances have been unconvincing. Roma could make the move if the Madrid club were open to a loan move, but José Mourinho is a stumbling block.

The former Roma coach didn’t leave the capital on good terms with the Friedkins, and this detail could have direct consequences in the negotiations for Endrick. Last year, the loan to Lyon featured an innovative formula: the French club paid €1 million, but €200,000 was deducted for every five games played by the Brazilian talent.

Could Roma secure him under a similar formula? It all depends on the Special One. The only certainty is that the Blancos’ attack is in short supply, and at the Giallorossi, under Gian Piero Gasperini, the 2006-born player could earn much more playing time.
