Juventus and Lille have completed several business deals in the past, with a number of players moving between the two clubs, including Edon Zhegrova, whom the Bianconeri signed for €15 million last season.
They also signed Jonathan David from the Ligue 1 side, although he had already run down his contract with the club before moving to Juventus as a free agent that summer.
Both players have struggled, but they may still not be the last players the Bianconeri sign from the French club, with the two sides continuing to have a history of transfer dealings.
More recent examples include Tiago Djaló and Timothy Weah, two players who were signed for money, and Juventus have not completed payment for both transfers, according to a report on Tuttojuve.
Without specifying the amount owed for individual players from the Ligue 1 club, the report claims that an audit of Lille’s finances shows that Juventus owe the French club €12.93 million.
The figure reportedly relates to outstanding payments from their various transfer dealings, rather than being connected solely to one particular player.
The situation means Juventus still have financial obligations to Lille following their previous business together. The Bianconeri have completed several deals with the French club, and the latest report indicates that not all of the payments have been settled.

The report reiterates that this debt is not simply related to the money Juventus owe Lille from the recent transfer of Zhegrova from the Ligue 1 side to the Allianz Stadium.
Juventus have conducted other business with Lille, including the transfers involving Djaló and Weah, meaning the reported outstanding amount covers more than one transaction.
The Bianconeri have established a strong transfer relationship with Lille over the years, and it is possible that more business could take place between the clubs in the future.
