Malo Gusto remains one of Bayern Munich’s prime transfer targets this summer according to reports in Germany.
Chelsea have been busy in the transfer market and have already signed Liam Delap, Joao Pedro and Jamie Gittens.
The Blues could still add another attacker, whilst they are also in the market for a left sided defender, and possibly another centre back to strengthen Enzo Maresca’s squad.
However, Chelsea do need to sell players in order to balance the books, but the club do have a number of players they can move on to raise significant funds.
Gusto doesn’t fall into that category, and despite a mixed season he is still a highly valued member of the squad given Reece James’ previous injury issues.

The Frenchman put in an impressive performance in the Club World Cup final, and Chelsea fans will be hoping to see more performances like that next season.
Gusto is expected to remain at Stamford Bridge, but that hasn’t stopped him being linked with an exit this summer.
Bayern are one of the clubs interested in Gusto, and according to CF Bayern Insider the right back remains one of their prime targets.
Gusto joined Chelsea for £26m in 2023 from French side Lyon and has become an important player for the Blues during his time at the club, and it would come as a surprise if he left this summer.
Gusto isn’t the only player attracting interest from Bayern, with the German champions also interested in Renato Veiga.

Veiga is set to leave Chelsea this despite only joining last summer, and the Portugal international spent the second half of last season on loan at Juventus.
Bayern are among the interested clubs, but it’s thought Veiga could cost as much as €30m and it will be interesting to see where the 21-year-old ends up.
