Negotiations between Inter Milan and Club Brugge for Aleksandar Stankovic have reportedly hit a brick wall.
According to Sport Mediaset via FCInterNews, Inter’s demand to include a buyout clause has brought talks to a standstill.
Despite agreeing on a transfer fee, Inter and Brugge have yet to arrange the 19-year-old’s transfer to Belgium.
Indeed, the San Siro giants have accepted a €10 million offer for Aleksandar Stankovic.
However, they’re reluctant to let the midfielder leave without a buyback option.

Club Brugge have identified Stankovic as an ideal replacement for Ardon Jashari.
Indeed, the Swiss star is on the verge of joining AC Milan, with Stankovic expected to take his place.
However, Inter want to include a €25m release clause in the agreement.
Meanwhile, Club Brugge insist on a higher figure, which now threatens to undermine the deal.
Despite a temporary standstill, the clubs should soon establish new contacts.
Both teams are keen to make this transfer happen and should restart talks soon to settle this issue.
