Yann Bisseck and Piotr Zielinski have reportedly returned to training, while Inter Milan are still waiting for Davide Frattesi to recover fully.

According to Sky Sport via FCInterNews, the injury crisis is dwindling as Inter’s pre-season under Cristian Chivu gathers momentum.

Chivu couldn’t count on numerous first-team players during Inter’s 2025 FIFA Club World Cup campaign.

Indeed, all three aforementioned stars were out with injuries.

Furthermore, Hakan Calhanoglu and Benjamin Pavard were not part of the traveling squad.

Bisseck and Zielinski have returned to the group at Appiano Gentile.

Despite not participating in the entire training session, they have begun working partially with the squad.

Therefore, it’s reasonable to expect them to regain full fitness soon and be ready for Inter’s pre-season friendlies.

On the other hand, Frattesi’s return may require some additional time.

Indeed, the 25-year-old midfielder is still recovering from the abdominal surgery he underwent last month.

However, Chivu hopes to have the former Sassuolo man for Inter’s final pre-season friendly against Olympiacos.
