Estevao finally joined up with Chelsea after the Club World Cup last summer having agreed a deal worth up to £51.4m with Pameiras in 2024.

The 18-year-old has put in some impressive performances this season, and has scored seven goals and registered three assists in 32 appearances in all competitions.

Chelsea planning to offer Estevao new contract after World Cup

Estevao is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury, although Liam Rosenior has confirmed the Brazilian is back out running on the pitch.

There’s a possibility he could be part of the squad for the first leg of Chelsea’s last 16 Champions League tie against PSG in Paris in Wednesday.

Estevao has rightly received plaudits for his performances, and Chelsea fought off interest from a number of Europe’s top clubs to secure the Brazilian’s signature.

The teenager is under contract until 2033, having penned a long term deal when he joined the club, but AS have reported the Blues are planning to offer Estevao a new deal after the World Cup.

According to Salary Sport, Estevao currently earns £72,000 per week, and you’d expect any contract renewal to include a pay rise.

Geovany quenda to arrive in the summer

As if one teenage winger wasn’t enough, the Blues have another arriving in the summer in the shape of Geovany Quenda.

Chelsea agreed a deal with Sporting Lisbon last year for the teenager, and Quenda is regarded as one the best prospects in Europe.

The expectation is he’ll go straight into the first team squad and compete for minutes with Chelsea’s existing wingers, and it’ll be interesting to see how he adapts.
