After serving a three-match ban, Tijjani Noslin will reportedly spearhead the lineup for Lazio against Ludogorets.
The Dutchman’s solitary outing in Europe this season ended with a swift dismissal after elbowing an opponent. Luckily for the Bianconcelesti, they were already 3-0 up against Dynamo Kyiv and managed to preserve their advantage until the final whistle. The 25-year-old was then slapped with a three-man suspension, thus missing the clashes against OGC Nice, Twente and Porto.
But according to La Lazio Siamo Noi, Noslin will be trusted with leading the 4-2-3-1 formation against Ludogorets. Even Marco Baroni alluded to this decision in his pre-match press conference. With Taty Castellanos rested, Boulaye Dia might be the alternative option, but the Lazio manager will likely deploy the Senegalese as a second striker/attacking midfielder.
Moreover, Pedro and Loum Tchaouna are the favorites to start on the wings, especially with Mattia Zaccagni in doubt after suffering a bruise against Parma, while Gustav Isaksen is recovering from flu. Matteo Guendouzi and Matias Vecino could link up in the double pivot, as Fisayo Dele-Bashiru might not be in an optimal physical condition after picking up a slight knock on international duty.
Adam Marusic should start at right-back with Luca Pellegrini on the opposite flank. Patric and Samuel Gigot are the favorites to combine at the heart of the backline, while Christos Mandas gets another opportunity to shine in the Europa League.
Lazio (4-2-3-1): Mandas; Marusic, Gigot, Patric, Pellegrini; Guendouzi, Vecino; Tchaouna, Dia, Pedro; Noslin
