The early operations would focus on the parking areas where the new stadium is expected to rise.
Plans also include relocating several turnstiles, parts of the perimeter fencing, and elements of the surveillance system.
Entrances 7, 8, 9 and 10, located behind the red stand, would be moved closer to the stadium structure and would not be usable during the works.
If approved, the changes will have immediate consequences for matchdays.
Some parking zones will become unavailable, forcing visiting supporters’ buses to park further away, with shuttle services bringing fans to the ground.
In addition, spectators will have access through a reduced number of entry points.
Both clubs are now waiting for formal approval from the city council after submitting the required documentation.
Further authorisation will also be needed from the police headquarters and the prefecture before work can officially begin.
