Liverpool's hunt for their Mohamed Salah replacement is likely to dominate most of their transfer window.

Before the Egyptian King even announced that he was going to be exiting Anfield this summer, fans already felt like their attack was lacking in a couple of areas.

This caused many rumours to emerge and, now that Salah is actually leaving, Liverpool could do with at least two new attackers otherwise they could find themselves in a bit of trouble.

Several wingers have already been rumoured to be of interest to the Anfield outfit but now, the Reds' replacement for their star man feels clearer than ever.

Liverpool's management have been left 'captivated' by the performances of Abde Ezzalzouli

However, within Spain, the Moroccan is one of Real Betis' most well-known players.

The 24-year-old has been in fine form for Manuel Pellegrini this term as he's managed to contribute to 24 goals across all competitions.

His best position is on the left-wing but, there have been moments throughout his career when he's been used on the right.

And, since Liverpool have been on the hunt for a new attacker for some time now, it's hardly surprising to see them being linked with Ezzalzouli.

In fact, a fresh report from Info Real Betis has detailed how serious the Reds' interest in the winger actually is.

"The Reds' need to refresh their wings has led the English club's scouts to focus on Abde's consistent performance in LaLiga and European competition," they wrote.

"His ability to unbalance defenses in one-on-one situations and his effectiveness in front of goal have captivated the sporting management at Anfield, who see the green-and-white attacker as the ideal profile for their vertical style of play.

"Despite the rumors, the Betis offices remain calm: No formal contacts : Real Betis ' sporting management says they have no knowledge, at the moment, of any official offer or direct move from the English club.

"Market in turmoil : In Heliópolis they are fully aware that the phone of the player's agents will not stop ringing during the months of June and July, given the Moroccan's global projection."

Abde Ezzalzouli would be an under the radar signing for Liverpool

Although there are several other clubs vying for the transfer of Ezzalzouli this summer, it feels like it would be hard for the Moroccan to turn down a move to Liverpool.

There has quite literally never been a better time to play for the Reds with the club seemingly going through a rather large transition.

Many fans thought that last summer would be the start and end of Liverpool's business for the next couple of years but, since things didn't quite go to plan, it's not hard to see why Arne Slot and Richard Hughes want to add even more new players to their ranks.

Ezzalzouli has been one of Betis' best players this season with four of his 12 goals even coming in the Europa League.

Indeed, the winger would end up costing Liverpool around £28 million but, compared to the prices that they've been quoted for players such as Yan Diomande and Morgan Rogers, Ezzalzouli feels like an absolute steal.

This is exactly why he'd be an under the radar signing for the Anfield outfit and could be their first step towards bringing in the players they need to improve their performances next term.
