Rio Branco-ES announced on Friday the signing of goalkeeper Gabriel Bernard. The move is intended to bolster the squad for the Campeonato Capixaba knockout phase and national competitions, including Campeonato Brasileiro Série D, Copa do Brasil and Copa Verde.
The 25-year-old came through Flamengo’s youth system and turned professional with Atlético-GO, where he won two Goiano titles and the Copa Verde.

He also spent three seasons with Paysandu, and last year played for América-RN.
His arrival takes the first-team goalkeeping unit to four, with Camillato and academy graduate Alisson also in the group.
Fernando Henrique is recovering from shoulder surgery and is due to return in three months.
