Rob Edwards remained non-committal over Matt Doherty’s Wolves future as the season draws to a close. According to ExpressAndStar.com, he would not confirm whether the Irishman will stay or agree fresh terms.
Doherty is the only senior player out of contract this summer. The 34-year-old has spent 13 years at Wolves across two spells.

Edwards confirmed Doherty will not be fit to face Burnley because of an ongoing knee problem, which means he may already have played his final game.
He said he did not want to discuss individuals at this stage.
Edwards added that the situation will be clarified over the next week or two.
