Barcelona have worked to complete the signings of Joao Cancelo and Rodri, with both deals now in their final stages, and are moving to bring the pair to the city today for medicals and contracts under Hansi Flick.

According to Sport, Barca have arranged a private flight for Cancelo, who is due to land in Barcelona today, Monday, at around 14:30.

The full-back revealed his journey on Instagram Stories with a photo from a private jet and the words "On my way home". He is arriving as a free agent after terminating his contract, allowing Barca to add quality without a fee.

Rodri is expected in the afternoon, around 19:00, to complete final formalities and undergo his medical before signing. His deal is set to run until June 2030, underlining the club's faith in one of the best in his position.

Monday promises a hectic schedule, with medicals, signatures and official announcements before both can join training. All indications are that Rodri and Cancelo are expected to be at the Spotify Camp Nou next Wednesday for the Joan Gamper Trophy against Egypt's Al Ahly.
